Add an item to your order
Enter the quantity in the quantity field and then click "Add to cart."
When you add an item, you will receive a confirmation informing you that the
item has been added to your order.
Viewing your Shopping Cart
You can view your order at any time
simply by clicking "Checkout" located at the top right-hand corner of every
product detail page. You can modify or delete
an item on your order list from the "Shopping Cart" page. You can also save it, go on
shopping, or proceed through our secure check out process.
Completing your Order
To complete
your purchase follow the online instructions at the top of the page. Our process
is secure and has four components. Billing Address, Ship to Address,
Shipping Method, and Payment method. Once your order is completed there will be
a "Confirmation page" that confirms your "Order Number" for your future
reference. You will also receive an email confirmation.
Orders placed after 7:30 am EST will ship the next
business day. If any of the items you’re ordering are not in stock we will email
you with the status of the item. If special service is needed, please call

To fax your order; you can use the order form from
the catalog or download a new form by clicking the link above. Fax
your order form to (866) 477-9373 (within the U.S. and Canada) or to (734) 477-9373
(outside U.S. and Canada).
Mail Your Order:
While we live in a world where communication is becoming increasingly
electronic, we still welcome orders through the reliable old U.S. Postal Service. If
you faxed your order and are mailing us a confirmation copy, please be sure to indicate
that boldly on your order to prevent the possibility of duplicate shipments. Download

International Orders:
International orders are shipped by UPS unless
otherwise requested. Please contact customer service directly for a
quotation.
International customers are responsible for
any customs fees, taxes, GST, VAT, brokerage fees, etc., that are
applicable to their inbound shipments. These fees will be applied after
the order leaves Arbor Scientific and billed by carrier. Please visit
www.ups.com for further information and
explanation of fees involved when importing.
Orders shipped outside the United States and
Canada are subject to further address verification before shipment is
completed. A customer service representative will email you if this
additional step is required.
